We developed Tennessee’s first agent/client communication platform (iParks.net) with real time MLS data access for Bob Parks Realty, the third largest real estate agency in Tennessee. When other local MLS search sites employed daily data downloads and tolerated up to 24-hour lag, we utilized the national Realtor Association’s newly-launched RETS database system to access property listings in real-time and facilitate communications among 450 agents and their buyer and seller clients.
